My Trip Through Sicily

Waking up to the smell of fresh cornettos from the local bakery, going for a refreshing morning ocean swim. Having a cappuccino in a local corner shop while watching people rushing to the beach, drivers madly honking and arguing their way through the morning traffic. You stop for a minute to realise it's a mess, but you can't stop yourself from falling in love with it. Bienvenuti in

Sicilia.

Taormina - The Capri of Sicily

Taormina, stunning hilltop town located on east coast of Sicily, sitting near an active volcano 'Mount Etna'. I spent two lovely days exploring this coastal town...

Sailing day - there are plenty of options for renting a boat or just booking a shared boat trip in Taormina. Most of them run from Villagonia port and take you for a beautiful cruise around the coast, visiting Blue Caves, Isolla Bella and enjoying your glass of wine and cheese board in the quiet bay of Mazzaro.
