Today we going to talk about glutes, if you want to build a stronger butt you will want to use exercises and activities that target three different muscles: the gluteus maximus (the largest muscle), the gluteus medius and the gluteus minimus.
While you can't always change the shape of your glutes, you can definitely make them firmer and stronger with the right type of exercises. The key is to combine different exercises that attack different angles, find what type of exercises work best for you and maintain your weekly routine.
